No there are no extra fees. Just the rental of the apartment.
Can I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation anytime as long as there are free dates on your new request. You cannot change your reservation 30 days before arrival. In any case we are here to help you so in case that you would like to change your arrival please contact us and we will try to find the best possible solution.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel for free and get your deposit back 30 days before arrival.
If I cancel, will I get a full refund?
Full refund 30 days before arrival.
What happens if a guest damages a property?
The guest needs to pay for the damages.
